Good morning and happy fall to one and all.

A quick reminder on our October General Meeting this next Tue. at the Barn.

We want to be sure you all can come and hear our new member Mark Sindell give us his ties, tips and tricks to consistently do well on our Big Wood River and Silver Creek. He will tie a couple to start and then give us a power point that’s to the point. He has also offered to give us another presentation in coming months covering the evolution of fly rods up to and highlighting the newest fiberglass wonders.

New fly ties, tackle and tactics from new folks is where we all want to be. You can read a bit more about Mark on our event posting and he will tell us more of his life as an avid fly fisher at the meeting.

MVFF TUESDAY OCTOBER 14 GENERAL MEETING

In the short time I've known Mark Sindell, his discussions on the fish catching flies he ties for Silver and Big Wood have stoked my desire to hear and learn more from him as soon as possible.

Oct. 14, 5-8 pm is the time at the Barn.

This will be another evening not to miss as we hear and learn new tips, tactics, flies and foolin' fish on the Big Wood, Silver Creek and possibly some other close by fine fishing spots from a fly fanatic's experiences living in Belview and fishing here extensively.  His official office is in Boise, but he chooses to live on the waters he loves best.  He also travels and works in all adjoining states and beyond, allowing his fly fishing adventures to abound!!
