FEB-1 UPDATE ON MVFF FEBRUARY GENERAL MEETING 2/17/2026 AT THE BARN 5-9 PM.  WHAT A WARM WINTER IT IS!!

We are excited to announce that Mark Sindell will share his latest & highly productive Euro-Nymphing adventures and winter fly patterns & tactics on the Big Wood as well as show us more on S-glass rods and their fun fish fooling finesse!

This third Thursday meeting will be our second winter meeting starting a busy fly fishing 2026 for us all.  We are excited to have meetings these months we’ve had to miss in the recent past years. Winter fly fishing can be one of the most rewarding outings of the year and our folks have presented the tricks and tips to make it that way in previous presentations.  We are working on speakers and plans for this and the spring meetings to follow with tying at most all meetings and casting at meetings as weather and time allow.  We have had great interest in the new S-glass fiberglass rods and new and evolving leader-indicator set ups and will pursue these as well as other innovations in fly fishing as we can in 2026.
